Mongi founded Castle Group with the vision of building an integrated business group that operates with the agility of a startup and the discipline of a corporation. With a background spanning technology, trade, and advisory services across Europe and the Middle East, he brings a cross-cultural perspective to every business challenge.
Fluent in five languages and deeply committed to quality, Mongi leads Castle Group's expansion across four divisions, ensuring each maintains the standards and values that define the group.
